ABOUT YUCATÁN, VALLADOLID CALLE 49, # 288, YUCATÁN, YUCATÁN, MEXICO

One of the best architects in the area built this beautiful house using modern architecture and large structures in its views, it is in a very central area, close to many tourist places to visit.

It is located in a very large lot completely fenced, safe as well as beautiful. It has seven bedrooms, three of them on the ground floor and one on the outside of the house, only two bedrooms share a bathroom, the other five have a private bathroom.

The first thing you notice when entering the house is its double height and the stone fountain. The kitchen has a large granite island, pantry and has a separate entrance that connects to the laundry room and carport.

In the pool area there is a full bathroom as well as a palapa, an outdoor bar, an exercise room, laundry room, fruit trees, green areas and another entrance from the neighboring street. It has two wells, one for the garden and the other for the pool.

ABOUT THIS AREA

Valladolid is a hospitable city full of history that makes Yucatan proud. For centuries it has been identified by the richness of the Spanish legacy embodied in its temples and the ancestry of its old neighborhoods. It has an exceptional colonial flavor. Walking through its streets, with its brightly painted houses, the neighborhoods with their churches and, of course, the imposing convent of San Bernardino de Siena, a palpable trace of the Franciscan presence throughout the peninsula, is like going back in time. Its cozy Main Park offers the shade of its laurels to locals and strangers, and in the afternoons the birds fill the environment with their songs, announcing the end of the day.

Valladolid is located 160 km. east of the city of Merida.
