Guillermina is originally from Veracruz. She
has dedicated more than two decades of her career to public service, focusing
on areas such as management, administration, and human rights, with special
attention to the eradication of gender-based violence. She graduated from the
Universidad Veracruzana with a degree in Business Administration and later
obtained a Master’s degree in Applied Public Management from the Instituto
Tecnológico de Monterrey.

 Guillermina’s passion for public service and
women’s empowerment has led her to play various leadership, management, and training
roles, with the aim of promoting gender equality and equitable development.

 Her story has led her to an exciting new
chapter. After making important decisions in her life, she decided to move with
her two children to the Riviera Maya, a place she has known and loved for over
